Some interesting looking Trads a little different from the normal style of hire boat available.
Furnishings much more in line with a privately owned craft than a rental. Include features like log burning stoves , comfortable armchairs, real wood and the odd item of Rose and Castle decor.

They do ask that you have some narrowboat experience before taking out a boat, which is understandable as they obviously take a bit of pride in what they do.

Prices are higher than some for the same berth size but probably justified by quality of boats.

2011   4 berth prices from £850 ( March) to £1400 ( Aug) costs include fuel and insurance.

They seem to be genuinely offerring a level of comfort and class above the norm and on the delightful Macclesfield Canal as well, so the Cheshire Ring is the obvious cruise option, with the Peak Forest Canal another worthwhile alternative to consider, before wandering further afield.

Well behaved pets will be allowed, but ask first.
