This seems to be two companies BES which is a Leisure management Consultantcy company providing services like:

Corporate Entertainment, Events Management , Team Building, Personal Development and Youth Training

and The Birmingham & Midland Canal Carrying Co ... which probably does what its names suggests

 I.E. carrys things on the water.

It certainly looks as though there is a lot on offer here and it seems to be well managed and fun.

The training facilities will appeal to many who either want to get away from the office or want to get a better idea about how to handle a Narrowboat

.....  and if you feel tempted to drown the brats, they might offer a better option.

Generally get the impression that these guys, like what they are doing are liked by the people they are doing it for.

They also seem to  have time for people .... when they are not too busy having time for somone else.
