 Seem to have some good reviews in the forums for those looking for small craft to accommodate two or three people.

The  Llangollen canal (originally the Ellesmere canal) is probably one of the most popular, picturesque and memorable canals in the UK leading to the famous  Pontcysllte aqueduct, the crossing of which can never be forgotten as you get to look down which on the River Dee from some 120ft above.
 
Spectacular views of the surrounding countryside ... once you have overcome your fear of heights, though a sensation a little unnerving from the platform of a Narrowboat, but splendidly exhilarating all the same.

Prices for a 2/3 berth from £380 ( March)  to £780 (Aug) includes fuel and parking
